Règles - Rules
01. Participation
Pour participer au concours, il vous suffit d'envoyer un mp sur notre page Facebook. Merci d'indiquer: le pays dans lequel vous vivez, le pays que vous voudriez choisir, le choix d'une chanson et d'un artiste. Votre participation sera ensuite confirmée par l'un de nos admins ou devra être modifiée dans les plus brefs délais.
If you want to take part in our contest, all you have to do is send a pm to our Facebook page. Please mention the country where you live, the country you would like to choose, an artist and a song. Your participation will then be confirmed by one of our administrators or you will be asked to change.
02. Votre chanson - Your song
Voici les règles qui doivent être remplies afin de respecter le choix de la chanson.
- Pas de chansons de l'Eurovision
- Pas de reprises
- Pas de chansons "live"
- Il doit y avoir un clip (HD). Si pas, le joueur est libre de créer une vidéo.
- La chanson doit être publiée après le 15 Novembre 2017.
- Nous pouvons refuser des chansons trop populaires, décision entre admins.
Here are the rules you have to follow to enter the contest with your song.
- It is forbidden to choose a Eurovision entry
- It is forbidden to choose a cover
- It is forbidden to use a live song
- The song must have a video (HD) but the player is free to create a video
- The song must be released after 15 November 2017
- It can be refused by admins due popularity.
03. Votre artiste - Your artist
Une de ces règles doit être respectée:
1- Votre artiste est né dans le pays que vous choisissez
2- Votre artiste réside dans le pays que vous avez choisi depuis 3 ans au moins.
3- Votre artiste a un lien de parenté avec le pays que vous avez choisi (un des parents est né dans le pays).
4- Votre artiste chante dans une des langues officielles du pays.
5- Si l'artiste a déjà participé pour une autre pays, alors uniquement disponible pour ce dernier.
Certains pays / états peuvent emprunter des artistes à d'autres pays. Vous êtes libres de demander pour les petits états ou petites nations. (ex: les Îles Feroë peuvent emprunter un artiste au Danemark).
You should respect one of these rules:
1- Your artist was born in the country you have chosen.
2- Your artist has lived in the country you have chosen for more than three years.
3- Your artist has a family link with the country you have chosen (one of his parent was born in the country).
4- Your artist sings in one of the official language of your country.
5- It is forbidden to have artist x, if already used for another country in the history of our contest.
Certain countries / states may borrow artists from other countries. Feel free to ask for small states or small nations. (ex: Faroe Islands can borrow an artist from Danemark).
04. Votes
Nous utiliserons la même façon de voter qu'à l'Eurovision.
Votes du jury:
Chaque participant au concours devra élire son top 10 et devra attribuer de 1 à 7 points puis 8 - 10 et 12 points à son top 3.
Votes du public:
Les pays non-participants auront la chance de voter eux-aussi. Ils devront donc voter de la même façon que le jury. Pour respecter l'équité entre votes du jury et du public, voici ce qui a été décidé:
a- si le nombre de votes du public est inférieur au nombre de participants, un recalibrage des points sera effectué pour respecter le 50/50 (ex: si 40 pays votants, 20 votes du public pris en compte, les votes du public seront doublés par 2).
b- si le nombre de votes du public est supérieur au nombre de participants, les premiers votes seulement seront pris en compte. (ex: si 40 pays votants, 40 votes du public pris en compte).
Le vote du public sera additionné au vote du jury. Lors de la finale, chaque pays recevra les votes du public en partant du plus petit nombre de votes au plus grand.
En cas de demi-finales:
Les pays participants à la demi-finale devront voter dans leurs propres demi-finales. Une partie des pays pré-qualifiés devront eux aussi voter pour l'une des demi-finales. Si un pays participant souhaite voter, son vote sera comptabilisé dans les votes du public.
En cas d'un pays qui ne vote pas:
Le pays qui a oublié de voter sera automatiquement disqualifié et pourra perdre son pays pour la prochaine édition.
We will use the same voting as Eurovision.
Jury votes:
Each participant must elect his top 10 and will award one set of 12, 10, 8-1 points.
Televoting:
The non-participants will have the opportunity to vote as well. They will vote the same way as the jury. However, to respect the 50/50 between the jury and the televoting, we have decided:
a- if the amount of televotes is less than the amount of jury votes, we will be called upon to recalibrate votes in order to respect the 50/50 (ex: if we have 40 participating countries, 20 televotes, the televotes will be double).
b- if the amount of televotes is bigger than the amount of jury votes, the first votes (only) will be taken into account. (ex: if we have 40 participating countries, the first 40 televotes will be taken into account).
The televotes will be added to the jury votes. During the final, each country will receive the points from the televotes, by starting from the lowest to the biggest.
In case of semi-finals:
Each participant of the semi-final will be asked to vote for their own semi-final. One half of the pre-qualified countries will be asked to vote for one of the semi-final as well. If another participating country wants to vote, his votes will be part of the televoting.
A country that doesn't vote:
Will be automatically disqualified from the competition and may loose his country for the next edition.
